1. General Terms
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you received does not fit or match, you can submit a return or exchange within **7 days** of receiving the product.
2. Return Criteria
To maintain our quality standards, returned products must meet the following criteria:
- The product must still be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn.
- All price tags and hangtags must still be perfectly attached.
- The original packaging (box/pouch) must be complete and undamaged.
- There should be no scent of perfume, detergent, or body odor on the product.
3. Accepted Reasons
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing Defect: Tears, permanent stains, or imperfect stitching.
- Incorrect Delivery: The product received does not match the order (wrong color, size, or model).
- Size Mismatch: We accept size exchanges as long as stock is available. All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. How to Apply for a Return
- Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp by including your Order Number.
- Send unboxing photos or videos of the product as proof.
- Once confirmed, send the product back to our warehouse in Yogyakarta.
- Our team will perform a quality check before processing the exchange or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Innerwear (underwear).
- Earring accessories or jewelry.
- Products purchased during the *Final Sale* campaign period.
